Providing and guaranteeing energy has long been one of the most important concerns and security of governments. In fact, there is energy security for which sufficient energy sources can be mentioned as one of their most important security challenges. The energy supply policy in Europe is also affected by the significant relationship between energy sources, energy security and national security. At a time when the great powers treat the phenomenon of "energy security" as a political matter and a political tool to increase their power and create parallels, guaranteeing and guaranteeing energy becomes a multidimensional and complex issue. In this regard, the present study examines the countermeasures against the threat of the United States and Russia on the common European energy security policy and tries to answer the question whether the United States of America and Russia are on the common security development policy of European security in Europe.
