After more than seven decades of the existence of the usurping Zionist regime, the security and psychological atmosphere of the Middle East is still affected by the formation of this occupying government. The Arab countries of the Persian Gulf region pursue the goals of pursuing the process of normalization with the Zionist regime, and the purpose of the current research is to answer this basic question: what are the grounds of Arab convergence with the Zionist regime against Iran based on Stephen Walt's balance of threat theory? This research has been used with documentary method and inspired by Stephen Walt's threat balance theory in analyzing the fields of convergence of Arabs with the Zionist regime. The results of the present research show that the Arabs, emphasizing the security threats of Iran, develop their relations with the Zionist regime for some reasons. including America's support for the normalization of relations, the involvement of Arabs in internal crises, the weakening of Iran's anti-Zionist ideology, the existence of divisions and divisions among Arab countries, and changes in the balance of regional power at the level of various military, political and economic cooperation. They have chosen the behavioral pattern of threat balance as the best approach towards the Islamic Republic of Iran.
