Non-governmental organizations are generally known as organizations that are not created by governments or agreements between them. One of their most basic roles in the formulation, restoration and development of international law is the consulting role with the United Nations, in order to influence the endless conflicts in different ways. They seek to persuade the General Assembly and other parts of the United Nations to pass resolutions on disarmament, development, human rights and other issues that are part of the main causes and roots of conflicts. The results of this research, which was carried out in a descriptive-analytical way, indicate that the consultative role of international non-governmental organizations has become so prominent in issues such as humanitarian aid and security and coordination issues that it sometimes leads to discussions between members of the Security Council and humanitarian organizations.
