An analysis of the strategies of the United States to increase presence in Central Asia and the Caucasus after the events of September 11

Central Asia and Caucasus district on the one hand because of having economic features and having energy resources and on the other hand creating of attenuation of Hegemony in Russia government on districts through pressure on local governments in order to reinforcement the relations and omitting relation with Russia for USA has strategic value. Based on issue importance, this research looking for analyzing presence of US and Central Asia and Caucasus strategies after September 11 have been determined. The method of the research is descriptive and data gathering was library method. The result shows that America and Europe and Caucasus activities depend on bilateral and multilateral cooperation. It is assuming that volition of two sides especially east sides for expanding competition fields and deepening to soft power in district have been increased.
