One of the main reasons for the ineffectiveness of the fight against economic crimes is the lack of recognition of the challenges and resources of the fight. Since the establishment of any law and measures to solve this problem without thinking about its roots will be futile, and as a result, identifying the challenges of fighting economic crimes in the present research is of special importance. The most important causes of economic corruption in the public sector are related to government enterprises in the economy.
Economic corruption causes a decrease in investment and slow economic growth and ultimately causes the failure of economic development goals in the country. Tax revenues will decrease and the quality of economic infrastructures and public services will decrease. The most basic policies to combat economic corruption and economic reforms include creating institutions for this purpose, increasing public sector wages, reducing the size of the government in the economy, accurate financial audit, independence of mass communication media, independence of the judicial system, citizen participation, decentralization and culture reform. It is the society that can create dynamism in the country's economy and ultimately cause growth and prosperity in the national economy.
The appropriate ways to fight against financial and administrative corruption are an effective system for dealing with violations, promotion of transparency and accountability, effective supervision, growth of moral values, promotion of human dignity, administrative agility, promotion of people's capacities, economic organization and strategic alignment. |
