fa بحران اوکراین از منظر رئالیسم و سازه انگاری تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research از مهمترین بحران های عصر حاضر، بحران اوکراین میباشد. بحران مذکور از جدیترین تنشهای بعد از جنگ سرد بین روسیه و غرب به شمار میرود. این بحران از منظر های مختلفی حائز اهمیت و بررسی است. از انجاییکه قدرت های جهانی بر اساس منافع ملی و کسب قدرت بیشتر در این بحران مداخله کرده اند و از سوی دیگر باتوجه به نقش مهم هویت ها و هنجارها در شکل دهی بحران و همچنین منشا و پیامدهایی که دارد بررسی آن از منظرهای گوناگون ضروری است. ازاینرو دو نظریه مهم روابط بین الملل یعنی رئالیسم و سازه انگاری در تبیین بهتر این موضوع میتواند راه گشا باشد. بدین ترتیب سوال اصلی پژوهش اینگونه مطرح میشود که، ریشه ها و پیامدهای بحران اوکراین از منظر رئالیسم و سازه انگاری چیست؟ فرضیه پژوهش گویای این است که از منظر واقع گرایان، منشاء بحران اوکراین را می توان به جنگ قدرت و منافع ژئوپلیتیکی نسبت داد و انظر سازه انگاران برخورد هویت ها و روایت ها منشا بحران مذکور بوده است. همچنین از پیامدهای آن به ترتیب میتوان به توزیع مجدد قدرت و شکل گیری هویت ها ورایت های جدید اشاره کرد. یافته های پژوهش حاکی از آن است که برطبق نظریه رئالیسم الحاق کریمه به روسیه و حمایت از جنبش‌های جدایی‌طلب در شرق اوکراین را می‌توان تلاشی برای حفظ نفوذ و کنترل خود بر منطقه دانست. اقدامات روسیه ناشی از تمایل این کشور برای جلوگیری از همسویی اوکراین با غرب، به ویژه ناتو، و بالقوه به چالش کشیدن منافع روسیه بود. از طرفی دیگر سازه‌نگاران استدلال می‌کنند میل مردم اوکراین برای ادغام نزدیکتر با اتحادیه اروپا و آرزوی آنها برای اصلاحات دموکراتیک را می توان بیانگر هویت و تمایل آنها برای آینده ای متفاوت دانست. همچنین از نظر پیامدها، واقع‌گرایی نشان می‌دهد که بحران اوکراین منجر به توزیع مجدد قدرت و نفوذ در منطقه شده است. درحالیکه سازه انگاران استدلال می‌کنند که بحران منجر به ارزیابی مجدد هنجارها و شکل‌گیری هویت‌های جدید، هم در داخل اوکراین و هم در جامعه بین‌المللی گسترده‌تر شده است. روش پژوهش این تحقیق بر اساس روش توصیفی- تحلیلی و استفاده از منابع کتابخانه ای است. One of the most important crises of our time is the Ukraine crisis. The said crisis is one of the most serious tensions after the Cold War between Russia and the West. This crisis is important from different perspectives. Since world powers have intervened in this crisis based on national interests and gaining more power, and on the other hand, due to the important role of identities and norms in shaping the crisis, as well as its origin and consequences, it is necessary to examine it from various perspectives. Therefore, two important theories of international relations, i.e. realism and constructivism, can be helpful in better explaining this issue. In this way, the main question of the research is raised as follows: what are the roots and consequences of the Ukrainian crisis from the perspective of realism and constructivism? The hypothesis of the research shows that from the point of view of realists, the origin of the crisis in Ukraine can be attributed to the power struggle and geopolitical interests, and from the perspective of constructivists, the clash of identities and narratives was the origin of the said crisis. Also, among its consequences, we can mention the redistribution of power and the formation of new identities and varieties. The research findings indicate that according to the theory of realism, the annexation of Crimea to Russia and the support of separatist movements in eastern Ukraine can be seen as an attempt to maintain influence and control over the region. Russia's actions stemmed from its desire to prevent Ukraine from aligning with the West, especially NATO, and potentially challenging Russian interests. On the other hand, structuralists argue that the desire of the Ukrainian people for closer integration with the European :union: and their desire for democratic reforms can be seen as an expression of their identity and desire for a different future. Also, in terms of consequences, realism shows that the Ukraine crisis has led to a redistribution of power and influence in the region. While constructivists argue that the crisis has led to a re-evaluation of norms and the formation of new identities, both within Ukraine and in the wider international community.
