fa عملکرد سیاسی و اقتصادی بریکس در جنگ روسیه علیه اوکراین. تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research ائتلاف فراقاره‌ای بریکس واکنشی در برابر تسلط یک‌جانبه غرب و تلاش‌های هژمونیک آمریکا در اعمال تحمیل سیاست های خود در نظام بین‌المللی است. این گروه متشکل از کشورهای بزرگ و نوظهور از مناطق مختلف جهان، به دنبال ایجاد یک نظام موازنه قدرت جدید و کاهش وابستگی به ساختارهای سیاسی و اقتصادی سلطه غرب است. با آغاز جنگ اوکراین، بریکس در تقابل میان همراهی با غرب برای منزوی ساختن سیاسی روسیه و اعمال تحریم‌های اقتصادی علیه این کشور و حمایت از یکی از اعضای مهم خود قرار گرفته است.. بنابراین این پژوهش به دنبال پاسخ به این پرسش برآمده است که واکنش بریکس از نظر سیاسی و اقتصادی نسبت به روسیه در جنگ اوکراین چه بوده است؟ فرضیه مطرح‌شده به پرسش مذکور این است که با در نظر گرفتن رویکرد تحول خواهانه بریکس و ساختار تحت نفوذ غرب به نظر میرسد راهبرد بریکس ترکیبی از موازنه سازی نرم و دنباله روی نرم در حمایت از روسیه بوده به طوری در این رویکرد استفاده از ابزارهای دیپلماتیک و اقتصادی در چارچوب نهادهای بین‌المللی به منظور حفظ قدرت نسبی برای طرف روسی و همچنین اجتناب از متهم ساختن روسیه در این جنگ بوده است. پژوهش به روش توصیفی-تحلیلی و با اسناد کتابخانه ای گردآوری شده است. <p>The BRICS coalition represents a response to the unilateral dominance of the West and the hegemonic efforts of the United States to impose its policies on the international system. Comprising major emerging countries from various regions, BRICS aims to create a new power balance and reduce dependency on Western political and economic structures. With the onset of the Ukraine war, BRICS has found itself navigating a complex situation: balancing between aligning with the West to politically isolate Russia and impose economic sanctions, and supporting one of its key members.</p> <p>This study seeks to address the question of how BRICS has reacted politically and economically to Russia during the Ukraine conflict. The hypothesis proposed is that, considering BRICS&#39; transformative approach and the Western-dominated structure, BRICS&#39; strategy appears to be a combination of soft balancing and soft bandwagoning in support of Russia.
