fa سیاست خارجی روسیه در قبال ایران در دوره پوتین تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span b="" style="font-family:" zar="">روسیه پس از فروپاشی اتحاد جماهیر شوروی بازیگری است در ردیف قدرت‌های منطقه‌ای و رو به سمت قدرت جهانی‌شدن که شاهد تغییر در اولویت‌های راهبردی آن بوده‌ایم. جمهوری اسلامی ایران بعد از فروپاشی شوروی، جایگاه متمایزی در گفتمان سیاست خارجی روسیه دارد. روابط ایران و روسیه فارغ از ضرورت‌های ناشی از هم‌جواری جغرافیایی، سوابق تاریخی و نیازهای اقتصادی، به دلیل موقعیت ویژه‌ای که هر یک از دو کشور در عرصه سیاست‌ بین‌الملل دارند، از سوی محافل بین‌المللی موردتوجه خاصی قرار داشته است. عواملی متعددی مانند ثروت‌های طبیعی عظیم موجود در دو کشور، نیروی انسانی، تأثیرات منطقه‌ای و عامل امریکا و غرب که همراه با بسیاری عوامل دیگر باعث شده تا روابط مسکو- تهران اهمیت ویژه‌ای به خود بگیرد. در دوران ریاست جمهوری پوتین به‌ویژه از سال 2012، ایران از اهمیت قابل‌توجهی در سیاست خارجی روسیه برخوردار شد و جهت‌گیری آن به سمت مشارکت راهبردی روسیه در منطقه خاورمیانه سوق پیدا کرد. در پرتو این رویکرد، روابط گسترده ایران و روسیه درزمینه</span></span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">ٔ</span></span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span b="" style="font-family:" zar="">‌های سیاسی، اقتصادی، نظامی و امنیتی در سطح دو متحد استراتژیک ارتقا یافت. بنابراین پژوهش حاضر با روش توصیفی- تحلیلی و گردآوری اطلاعات به روش کتابخانه‌ای- اسنادی و نیز با هدف اصلی بررسی &laquo;سیاست خارجی روسیه در قبال ایران در دوره پوتین&raquo; به نگارش درآمده است. سؤال اصلی پژوهش این است که سیاست خارجی روسیه در دوره پوتین در قبال ایران چگونه بوده است؟ نتایج و یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که سیاست خارجی روسیه در دوره پوتین بر اساس منافع مشترک دو کشور استوار بوده و دو کشور با نگاه واقع‌بینانه در شرایط به وجود آمده به جایگاه یکدیگر می‌نگرند اما با وجود روابط نزدیک و راهبردی که ایران و روسیه دارند، روابط با امریکا و اروپا، از مؤلفه‌های تأثیرگذار در روابط این دو کشور است.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; After the collapse of the Soviet :union:, Russia emerged as a regional power with aspirations of becoming a global power, witnessing shifts in its strategic priorities. The Islamic Republic of Iran has held a distinct position in Russia&#39;s foreign policy discourse post-Soviet :union:. The relations between Iran and Russia, beyond the necessities stemming from geographical proximity, historical precedents, and economic needs, have garnered special attention from international circles due to the unique positions each country holds in the international political arena. Various factors, such as the vast natural resources in both countries, human capital, regional influences, and the factor of the United States and the West, along with many other elements, have given special significance to Moscow-Tehran relations. During Putin&#39;s presidency, especially since 2012, Iran has gained considerable importance in Russia&#39;s foreign policy, steering it towards strategic partnership in the Middle East. In light of this approach, the extensive relations between Iran and Russia in political, economic, military, and security fields have been elevated to the level of strategic allies. Thus, the present study, employing a descriptive-analytical method and collecting information through library-documentary methods, and with the primary objective of examining &quot;Russia&#39;s foreign policy towards Iran during the Putin era,&quot; has been compiled. The main research question is: What has Russia&#39;s foreign policy towards Iran been like during the Putin era? The results and findings of the research indicate that Russia&#39;s foreign policy during the Putin era has been based on the common interests of the two countries, with both nations viewing each other&#39;s position realistically under the given circumstances.
