fa بررسی رابطه میان نظریه چندسالاری رابرت دال با الگوی «حکمرانی خوب» و مقایسه آن با مساله حاکمیت حزبی در دو کشور فرانسه و ایران تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" style="font-family:" zar="">چکیده</span></span></b></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" style="font-family:" zar="">حکمرانی خوب، امروزه به شدت مورد توجه محققان علوم اجتماعی بوده ‌است. طبق جدیدترین تعریف بانک جهانی، حکمرانی خوب، در اتخاذ سیاست‌های پیش‌بینی شده، آشکار و صریح دولت (شفافیت فعالیت‌های دولت) متبلور می‌باشد؛ این مرکز جهانی در گزارشی به بررسی اثرات حاکمیت نامطلوب بر تأخیر رشد اقتصادی کشورهای در حال توسعه پرداخته؛ و در این گزارش ـ که ناشی از نگرانی‌های مربوط به رابطه توسعه، دموکراسی و موضوعات متنوع اجتماعی می‌باشد ـ مفهوم حکمرانی خوب را مطرح نموده؛ و نتایج گزارش بر این موضوع استوار است که، ضعف در به‌کارگیری و عملی نمودن اصول حکمرانی خوب، یکی از مهمترین موانع رشد و توسعه در کشورها می‌باشد. با توجه به اصول اساسی حکمرانی خوب، یکی از مهمترین نظریات معاصر و جدیدی که توانایی بالایی در تحقق آنها دارد؛ نظریه دموکراسی کثرت‌گرا (پولیارشی) &nbsp;رابرت دال است. بر همین اساس این پژوهش با روش کتابخانه‌ای و نوع تحقیق براساس بررسی‌ روابط همبستگی میان متغیرها است در پی پاسخ به این پرسش است که چه رابطه‌ای می توان میان حاکمیت حزبی در دو کشور ایران و فرانسه با شاخصه‌های &laquo;حکمرانی خوب&raquo; و نظریه چندسالاری (پولیارشی) رابرت دال برقرارکرد. با توجه به سیاستگذاری 2 کشور ایران و فرانسه برای نیل به الگوی&nbsp; &laquo;حکمرانی خوب&raquo; که هدف پژوهش درک نقاط قوت و ضعف در &laquo;نقش احزاب برای نیل به حکمرانی خوب&raquo; می باشد. و تطبیق آنها با نظریه رابرت دال و مفهوم حکمرانی مطلوب؛ در این پژوهش به یک رابطه همخوانی و همبستگی میان نظریه دموکراسی کثرت‌گرا رابرت دال با الگوی&nbsp; &laquo;حکمرانی خوب&raquo; رسیده ایم. </span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; abstract<br> Good governance has been the focus of social science researchers today. According to the basic principles of good governance, one of the most important contemporary and new theories that has a high ability to realize them; The theory of pluralistic democracy (polyarchy) is Robert Dahl. Based on this, this research is based on the library method and the type of research based on the study of correlations between variables.
