fa مطالعه تطبیقی مردم سالاری دینی با تأکید بر آراء شهید بهشتی و استوارت میل و جان رالز A comparative study of religious democracy with an emphasis on the views of Shahid Beheshti, Stuart Mill and John Rawls تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research چکیده دموکراسی و مردم سالاری جزء مباحثی است که در محافل علمی و حتی سیاسی زیاد به آن پرداخته می شود، در این راستا هدف مقاله حاضر مطالعه تطبیقی مردم سالاری دینی با تأکید بر آراء شهید بهشتی و استوارت میل و جان رالز است. روش تحقیق از نوع اسنادی و کتابخانه ای است. یافته ها نشان داد که دیدگاه های متفکران اسلامی در تأیید مردم سالاری دینی از جمله شهید بهشتی، قائل به مردم سالاری دینی بوده چرا که در جامعه ای که مملو از مردم مذهبی می باشد ارزش های دینی و مذهبی نقش اساسی در حوزه عمومی جامعه ایفا می نمایند. در انواع دموکراسی وجه مشترک، مشارکت مردم از طریق روش نمایندگی و مراجعه به آراء عموم می باشد و از طرفی قائلین دموکراسی غربی، مردم سالاری دینی را ترکیبی از دو واژه مردم سالاری و دینی دانسته و برای آن، اصالت و مفهوم و تعریف مستقل قائل نشده و آن را دارای ابهامات مختلفی می دانند و یا دین را باعث محدود کردن اصل مردم سالاری می دانند چرا که به نظرشان دین با دموکراسی قابل جمع نبوده و آن را واژه ای تحمیلی، تصنعی و محقق ناشدنی است در حال که بسیاری از نظریه پردازان اسلامی، اصطلاح مردم سالاری دینی را واژه ای مرکب نمی دانند، بلکه یک حقیقت واحد در جوهره نظام اسلامی می دانند، یعنی اگر بنا باشد نظامی بر مبنای دین شکل گیرد بدون پذیرش مردم ممکن نیست.   Democracy and democracy are among the topics that are discussed a lot in scientific and even political circles, in this regard, the purpose of this article is the comparative study of religious democracy with emphasis on Shahid Beheshti, Stuart Mill and John Rawls. The research method is documentary and library type.
