fa ابعاد حقوقی بحران قره باغ تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:13pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif"><span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:&quot;B Lotus&quot;"><span style="letter-spacing:-.3pt">شاخه هایی از حقوق بین الملل که ارتباط تنگاتنگی با منازعات و درگیری های مسلحانه بین المللی و غیر بین المللی دارند از این رو سعی خواهد شد این اصول در مناقشه ناگورنو قره باغ عملیاتی شود. از منظر حقوق بین الملل، منطقه مورد مناقشه به عنوان بخشی از قلمروی سرزمینی آذربایجان شناخته می شود و هیچ کشوری، جمهوری خودخوانده ارامنه در آنجا را به رسمیت نشناخته است. از منظر حقوق بین‌الملل و به استناد قطعنامه‌های شورای امنیت منطقه قره‌باغ متعلق به آذربایجان است. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی ابعاد حقوقی بحران قره باغ و به دنبال پاسخی به آثار حقوقی بحران قره باغ می باشیم که نتایج آن ، براین اساس حقوق جمهوری آذربایجان در حفظ تمامیت ارضی خود انکارناپذیر و مشروع است، بااین‌حال اقدامات جمهوری آذربایجان ولو در چارچوب دفاع از تمامیت ارضی خود، نباید تهدیدی را متوجه موجودیت مردم ارمنی قره‌باغ نماید‌. به طور کلی با استناد به پذیرش اصل تمامیت ارضی بر حق تعیین سرنوشت ملت ها در حقوق بین الملل، هرگونه اقدامی علیه این اصل مشروع نبوده و حق تعیین سرنوشت تا جایی که به اصل مذکور لطمه ای وارد نشده پذیرفته می شود.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; <span style="font-size:13pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Branches of international law that are closely related to international and non-international conflicts and armed conflicts, therefore, an attempt will be made to implement these principles in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. From the point of view of international law, the disputed area is recognized as a part of the territory of Azerbaijan, and no country has recognized the self-proclaimed Republic of Armenia there. From the point of view of international law and based on the resolutions of the Security Council, the Karabakh region belongs to Azerbaijan. This research aims to examine the legal dimensions of the Nagorno-Karabakh crisis and seek an answer to the legal effects of the Nagorno-Karabakh crisis, the results of which are undeniable and legitimate based on the rights of the Republic of Azerbaijan in maintaining its territorial integrity. Its territorial integrity should not pose a threat to the existence of the Armenian people of Karabagh.
