fa تبیین نقش مشورتی سازمان‌های بین‌المللی غیر‌دولتی در توسعه حقوق بین‌الملل تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:13pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </b><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span b="" lotus="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:black"><span style="letter-spacing:-.3pt">سازمان‌های غیردولتی عموماً به‌عنوان سازمان‌هایی که به وسیله دولت‌ها و یا توافقات میان آنها به وجود نیامده‌اند شناخته می‌شوند. یکی از مبنایی‌ترین نقش آنها در تدوین، ترمیم و توسعه حقوق بین‌الملل، نقش مشورتی با سازمان ملل، در جهت اثر گذاشتن بر منازعات بی‌پایان به شیوه‌های مختلف است. آنها در پی آن هستند که مجمع عمومی و دیگر بخش‌های سازمان ملل را برای تصویب قطعنامه‌‌هایی در موضوعات خلع سلاح، توسعه، حقوق بشر و موضوعات دیگر که جزء علل و ریشه‌های اصلی منازعات هستند مُجاب نمایند. نتایج این پژوهش که به روش توصیفی - تحلیلی انجام شده است، بیانگر آن است نقش مشورتی سازمان‌های بین‌المللی غیردولتی تا آن اندازه در مسائلی مانند کمک‌های بشردوستانه و مسائل امنیتی و هماهنگی‌ها پررنگ شده که گاه منجر به مباحثاتی بین اعضای شورای امنیت و سازمان‌های بشردوست می‌شود.</span></span></span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="color:black"><span style="letter-spacing:-.3pt"></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span> Non-governmental organizations are generally known as organizations that are not created by governments or agreements between them. One of their most basic roles in the formulation, restoration and development of international law is the consulting role with the United Nations, in order to influence the endless conflicts in different ways. They seek to persuade the General Assembly and other parts of the United Nations to pass resolutions on disarmament, development, human rights and other issues that are part of the main causes and roots of conflicts.
