fa تأثیر حضور نیروهای آمریکایی در عراق جدید بر امنیت ملی جمهوری اسلامی ایران تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:13pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span b="" lotus="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:black"><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt">با حمله آمریکا به عراق و سقوط صدام حسین در سال 2003م، عراق شاهد حضور گسترده نیروهای فرامنطقه‌ای خصوصاً آمریکا در این کشور بوده است، به طوری که بیش از 140 هزار نیروی نظامی آمریکا با تجهیزات کامل در این کشور مستقر شدند. احداث ده‌ها پایگاه نظامی و آموزشی و جاسوسی علی‌رغم بیش از 17 سال از اشغال عراق از دیگر پیامدهای حضور آمریکا در عراق جدید است. حضور نیروهای آمریکایی در عراق جدید برای منطقه و ایران پیامد‌های امنیتی به همراه داشته است. در این مقاله به بررسی آثار و پیامد حضور نیروهای آمریکایی در عراق جدید بر امنیت ملی جمهوری اسلامی ایران پرداخته شده است.</span></span></span></span>&nbsp;<span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span b="" lotus="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:black"><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt">سؤال اصلی &nbsp;این پژوهش این است که حضور نیروهای آمریکایی در عراق جدید چه آثار و پیامدی بر امنیت ملی جمهوری اسلامی ایران &nbsp;داشته است؟ یافته‌های پژوهش حاکی از آن است که حضور نیروهای آمریکایی در عراق جدید در ابعاد مختلف سیاسی، اقتصادی، اجتماعی و حتی زیست محیطی بر امنیت ملی جمهوری اسلامی اثرگذار بوده است.</span></span></span></span>&nbsp;<span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span b="" lotus="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:black"><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt">روش تحقیق در این پژوهش توصیفی - تحلیلی و روش گردآوری داده‌ها، منابع کتابخانه‌ای و بهره‌گیری از تئوری‌های مکتب کپهناک می‌باشد.</span></span></span></span>&nbsp;<span dir="LTR" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="color:black"><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt"></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span sans-serif="" style="font-family:Calibri,"><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">With the US invasion of Iraq and the fall of Saddam Hussein in 2003, Iraq witnessed a large presence of trans-regional forces, especially the United States, in which more than 140,000 fully-armed US troops were stationed. The construction of dozens of military, training and espionage bases, despite more than 18 years since the occupation of Iraq, is another consequence of the US presence in the new Iraq. The presence of US forces in the new Iraq has had security implications for the region and Iran. This article examines the effects and consequences of the presence of American forces in the new Iraq on the national security of the Islamic Republic of Iran. The main question of this research is what effect did the presence of American forces in the new Iraq have on the national security of the Islamic Republic of Iran? The findings of the study indicate that the presence of American forces in the new Iraq in various political, economic, social and even environmental dimensions has affected the national security of the Islamic Republic.
