fa رابطه‌ ی خودپنداره ‌ی تیم هسته‌ ای دولت روحانی و رئیسی با شیوه‌ ی مذاکره آنها تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:13pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b>&nbsp;&nbsp; </b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span b="" lotus="" style="font-family:"><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt">مذاکرات بین‌المللی علی&rlm;رغم آن که یکی از فراگیرترین فرآیندهای سیاست جهانی بوده، اما نسبت به سایر وجوه روابط بین&rlm;الملل بسیار کمتر مورد توجه محققان قرار گرفته است. همین غفلت درباره&rlm;ی مذاکره&rlm;ی چند دهه&rlm;ی ایران و غرب درباب مساله&rlm;ای هسته&rlm;ای به چشم می&rlm;آید. از اینرو هدف این پژوهش مقایسه&rlm;ی شیوه&rlm;ی مذاکره&rlm;ی ایران در دو مقطع مختلف سیاست خارجی است. اهمیت این مساله در آن است که در هیچ موضوعی به اندازه پرونده هسته&rlm;ای، جمهوری اسلامی نگرش&rlm;های متفاوت و به تبع آن رفتارها و کنش&rlm;های متفاوت و حتی متضادی به نمایش نگذاشته است، لذا شناخت شیوه&rlm;ی مذاکره به عنوان خروجی خودپنداره&rlm;ی هر دولت به&rlm;معنای تصویری که از خود دارد و می&rlm;خواهد دیگران نیز این تصویر را همان&rlm;گونه درک کنند می&rlm;تواند راهگشای فهم کنش&rlm;های متفاوت باشد. سؤال اصلی مقاله آن است که؛ خودپنداره&rlm;ی تیم هسته&rlm;ای روحانی و رئیسی منجر به چه نوع شیوه&rlm;ی مذاکره&rlm;ای در برابر طرف&rlm;های غربی شده است؟. یافته&rlm;های پژوهش برمبنای روش توصیفی- تحلیلی نشان می&rlm;دهد که خودپنداره&rlm;ی تیم روحانی به دلیل غلبه&rlm;ی حساسیت نسبت به تصویر خود از سوی بازیگران خارجی باعث تجویز شیوه&rlm;ی مذاکره&rlm;ی تلفیقی و خودپنداره&rlm;ی تیم رئیسی به دلیل اهمیت تصویر خود نزد خویش باعث شیوه&rlm;ی مذاکره&rlm;ی توزیعی شده است.</span></span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt"></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <br> &nbsp; <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><span style="font-size:13.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">International negotiation, although one of the most pervasive processes in world politics, has received far less attention from scholars than other aspects of international relations. The same neglect can be seen in the decades-long negotiations between Iran and the West over the nuclear issue.
