fa طراحی و اعتبار سنجی مدل مطلوبِ مدیریت بحرانِ زیست محیطیِ کرونا بر امنیت بین الملل Design and Validation of the Optimal Model of Corona Environmental Crisis Management on International Security تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research      پژوهش حاضر در صدد طراحی و اعتبار سنجی مدل مطلوبِ مدیریت بحرانِ زیست محیطیِ کرونا بر امنیت بین الملل است. برای پردازش مسأله، از راهبرد پژوهش کیفی و از نوع تحلیل مضمون بهره گرفته شده است. داده های پژوهش با استفاده از مصاحبه ی نیمه استاندارد با پانزده نفر از خبرگان حوزه صلح و امنیت که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری نظری انتخاب شده بودند؛ گردآوری گردید و با کاربست روش تحلیل مضمون از نوع شبکه ی مضامین مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت و مدل مفهومی اندازه گیری شبکه‌ای برساخته شد. یافته های پژوهش کیفی نشان داد که مدل مطلوب آینده‌ی امنیت در نظام بین الملل شامل پنج مضمون فراگیر: 1- توجه به تهدیدات امنیتی ناشی از بحران بیماری‌های فراگیر و اپیدمیکی(کرونا)، 2- توجه به نسل سوم حقوق بشر، 3- تغییر نگرش از توجه به تجهیزات نظامی به جنبه‌های بهداشتی، اقتصادی، 4- ضروری بودن رعایت حقوق همگانی در دستیابی به امنیت بین‌الملل و 5- لزوم برنامه ریزی محیط زیستی در چارچوب برنامه ریزی کشوری بوده است. علاوه بر آن، جهت «اعتبار سنجی» مضامین و مدل برساخته شده، از دو روش ارزیابی اعتبار به شیوه ی ارتباطی و نیز روش ممیزی و به منظور «پایایی سنجی» از دو روش قابلیت تکرار پذیری و نیز قابلیت انتقال یا تعمیم پذیری استفاده شده است. The present study seeks to design and validate the optimal model of corona environmental crisis management on international security. To process the problem, a qualitative research strategy and content analysis have been used. Research data using semi-standard interviews with fifteen peace and security experts selected using theoretical sampling method; It was collected and analyzed using the content analysis method of the network type and a conceptual model of network measurement was constructed. The findings of the qualitative research showed that the optimal model for the future of security in the international system includes five comprehensive themes: 1- Paying attention to security threats caused by the epidemic crisis (Corona), 2- Paying attention to the third generation of human rights, 3- Changing the attitude from paying attention to military equipment to health and economic aspects, 4- The necessity of observing public rights in achieving international security, and 5- The necessity of environmental planning within the framework of national planning.
