fa دموکراسی و تروریزم (مروری بر دلایل ظهور و گسترش تروریزم در جوامع در حال گذار به دموکراسی در خاورمیانه؛ مطالعه موردی کشور عراق) تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:13pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span b="" lotus="" style="font-family:"><span style="letter-spacing:-.4pt">گذار به دموکراسی یکی از چالش&shy;های مهم جوامع در حال گذار به این نوع نظام سیاسی بوده است. این فرآیند که متضمن یک فروپاشی (نظام سیاسی پیشین)، یک فرآیند انتقال و یک مرحله تاسیس است می تواند زمینه&shy;ساز بروز چالش&shy;ها و مسائل بسیری برای جوامع در حال گذار باشد. یکی از مهمترین این چالش&shy;ها ظهور خشونت سیاسی و تروریزم است. این پژوهش به دنبال بررسی دلایل و زمینه&shy;های بروز و گسترش تروریزم در جوامع در حال گذار، در این پژوهش مطالعه موردی کشور عراق، است. این پژوهش معتقد است در فرآیند گذار متغیرهای متعددی در دو سطح داخلی و خارجی می&shy;توانند زمینه بروز ترور و خشونت سیاسی را فراهم کنند. در سطح داخلی متغیرهایی از قبیل فقدان ابزارهای اعمال قدرت در نواحی دورافتاده، به حاشیه رانده شدن گروههای مسلط پیشین، تسویه حساب&shy;های سیاسی، فساد اقتصادی، ضد ارزش محسوب شدن سیاست&shy;های دولتی و در سطح نظام بین&shy;الملل مداخله کشورهای خارجی و ایجاد گروه&shy;های نایب از دلایل بروز تروریزم محسوب می&shy;شوند. این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی تحلیلی بوده و روش گردآوری داده&shy;ها اسنادی و کتابخانه&shy;ای است.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <br> &nbsp; The transition to democracy has been one of the major challenges for societies in transition to this type of political system. This process, which involves a collapse (former political system), a process of transition and a stage of establishment, can create many challenges and issues for societies in transition. One of the most important challenges is the emergence of political violence and terrorism. This study seeks to investigate the causes and contexts of the occurrence and spread of terrorism in societies in transition. In this study, a case study of Iraq. This study believes that in the transition process, several variables at both internal and external levels can provide the basis for terror and political violence. At the domestic level, variables such as the lack of tools to exercise power in remote areas, the marginalization of formerly dominant groups, political settlements, economic corruption, the devaluation of government policies, and at the level of the international system intervention. Foreign countries and the formation of deputy groups are among the causes of terrorism.
