fa تحول نقش دولت در مکاتب اقتصاد سیاسی بین‌الملل تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:13pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span b="" lotus="" style="font-family:"><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt">این مقاله به دنبال پاسخگویی به این سؤال اصلی بوده که نقش دولت<b> </b>در مکاتب اقتصاد سیاسی بین‌الملل چه تحولاتی یافته است؟ در این راستا، می‌توان گفت که روند شکل‌گرفته لیبرالیستی که پس از افول مرکانتیلیسم پای به عرصه‌ی وجود نهاد، با حاکم کردن لسه‌فریسم و عدم مداخله‌ی دولت، یکسری بحران‌ها را در جوامع غربی ایجاد کرد که این امر باعث شد نظریه‌ی مارکسیسم علیه این وضعیت به اعتراض برخیزد. از سویی دیگر، در اواخر دهه‌ی 1920، ایجاد رکود بزرگ در اقتصاد سرمایه‌گذاری لیبرالیستی باعث شد که دخالت دولت در عرصه‌ی اقتصاد افزایش یابد و این امر باعث شد دولت بیش از حد بزرگ شود که خود این امر در اواخر دهه‌ی 1970 و اوایل دهه‌ی 1980 با چالش دولت نئولیبرالیستی مواجه شد و اقتصاددانانی چون هایک و فریدمن علیه این وضعیت اعتراض کردند و بر کوچک شدن دولت و بزرگ شدن بخش خصوصی تأکید کردند. نتیجه‌ای که گرفته می‌شود، این است که تمامی این تحولات در اثر دگردیسی در نوع نیازهای بشری و به مقتضای زمان خود صورت گرفته‌اند. روش‌شناسی حاکم بر بحث توصیفی و تحلیلی بوده و نظریه‌های اقتصاد سیاسی را به عنوان داده در نظر می‌گیرد و از شیوه کتابخانه‌ای نیز در گردآوری مطالب استفاده شده است.</span></span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt"></span></span></span></span></span></span></span> This article seeks to answer the key question of what has changed in the role of state in International Political Economy schools?
