fa «گفتمان و قدرت در توسعه سیاسی ایران؛ خوانشی انتقادی از دو روایت ایرانی– اسلامی و مدرن» تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span lang="FA" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span b="" lotus="" style="font-family:">این پژوهش با هدف واکاوی نقش گفتمان و قدرت در فرآیند توسعه سیاسی ایران، به تحلیل انتقادی دو روایت مسلط یعنی گفتمان ایرانی</span></span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">&ndash;</span></span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span b="" lotus="" style="font-family:">اسلامی و گفتمان مدرن می‌پردازد. سؤال اصلی تحقیق آن است که: دو گفتمان ایرانی</span></span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">&ndash;</span></span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span b="" lotus="" style="font-family:">اسلامی و مدرن چگونه از منظر مفاهیم قدرت، مشروعیت و نظم سیاسی، بر فرآیند توسعه سیاسی در ایران تأثیرگذار بوده‌اند؟ بر این اساس، فرضیه تحقیق بر آن استوار است که گفتمان ایرانی</span></span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">&ndash;</span></span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span b="" lotus="" style="font-family:">اسلامی با تأکید بر اقتدار معنوی، هویت جمعی و مقاومت فرهنگی، و گفتمان مدرن با تمرکز بر عقلانیت ابزاری، تفکیک قوا و حقوق فردی، هر یک به نحوی خاص امکان‌ها و محدودیت‌هایی را برای توسعه سیاسی در ایران رقم زده‌اند. روش تحقیق به‌کاررفته در این مطالعه، تحلیل گفتمان انتقادی با رویکرد نرمان فرکلاف است که در آن پیوند میان ساختارهای زبانی، قدرت و ایدئولوژی مورد واکاوی قرار می‌گیرد. اطلاعات و داده‌های پژوهش از طریق تحلیل متون سیاسی، اسناد رسمی، سخنرانی‌ها و متون نظری مرتبط با هر دو گفتمان گردآوری شده‌اند. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که گفتمان ایرانی</span></span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">&ndash;</span></span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span b="" lotus="" style="font-family:">اسلامی در پی نهادینه‌سازی الگویی خاص از توسعه سیاسی مبتنی بر ارزش‌های بومی و دینی است که در تعارض یا تعامل با مؤلفه‌های گفتمان مدرن قرار می‌گیرد. در عین حال، هیچ‌یک از این دو گفتمان به‌تنهایی نتوانسته‌اند زمینه‌های توسعه سیاسی پایدار و جامع را فراهم کنند. در نتیجه، تلفیق انتقادی و انعطاف‌پذیر این دو روایت، همراه با بازاندیشی در بنیان‌های معرفتی آن‌ها، می‌تواند افق‌های نوینی را برای توسعه سیاسی در ایران بگشاید.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="tab-stops:186.1pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">With the aim of exploring the role of discourse and power in the process of Iran&rsquo;s political development, this research critically analyzes two dominant narratives, namely the Iranian-Islamic discourse and the modern discourse. The main question of the research is: How have the two Iranian-Islamic and modern discourses influenced the process of political development in Iran from the perspective of the concepts of power, legitimacy, and political order? Accordingly, the research hypothesis is based on the fact that the Iranian-Islamic discourse, emphasizing spiritual authority, collective identity, and cultural resistance, and the modern discourse, focusing on instrumental rationality, separation of powers, and individual rights, have each created possibilities and limitations for political development in Iran in a specific way. The research method used in this study is critical discourse analysis with the approach of Norman Fairclough, in which the link between linguistic structures, power, and ideology is analyzed. The research information and data were collected through the analysis of political texts, official documents, speeches, and theoretical texts related to both discourses. The research findings show that the Iranian-Islamic discourse seeks to institutionalize a specific model of political development based on indigenous and religious values that is in conflict or interaction with the components of modern discourse. At the same time, neither of these two discourses alone has been able to provide the grounds for sustainable and comprehensive political development.
