fa تاثیرات امر سیاسی کارل اشمیت بر نظم بین الملل The effects of Carl Schmitt's political matter on the international order تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research امر سیاسی کارل اشمیت بر تمایز بین دوست و دشمن تاکید میکند و آنرا خصیصه بنیادی زندگی بشری میداند. حاکم مورد نظر اشمیت نیز در وضعیتهای استثنا قدرت مطلق تصمیمگیری را داراست. این پژوهش که از حیث محتوا بنیادی نظری است میخواهد به این سوال پاسخ دهد که امر سیاسی اشمیت چه رابطهای با نظم بین الملل داراست؟ فرضیه پژوهش این است که نظم بین الملل علیرغم انکار ظاهری از امر سیاسی اشمیت بهره های فراوان میبرد و از آن متاثر است. محقق با بهره گیری از روش توصیفی-تحلیلی و به کارگیری منابع کتابخانه ای و اسنادی با استفاده از چارچوب نظری دموکراسی رادیکال شانتال موفه تحقیق حاضر را به پیش برده است. اهمیت تحقیق آن است که گروههای چپ و راست علیرغم نقدهای جدی به اشمیت، به آثار و عناصر اندیشگانی او در خصوص حاکمیت، خصوصاً حاکمیت جهانی توجه ویژه روا داشته اند که تاثیر آن در روابط بین الملل نمود ویژه ای داراست. این پژوهش از نظر بررسی کارکردهای وضعیت حقوقی استثنا و نظریه دوست/دشمن کارل اشمیت در حوزه روابط بین الملل و تاثیر آن بر قطع مداخلات آنارشیک و ایجاد سامان سیاسی بهینه جهانی موضوع جدیدی است؛ لذا نتایج پژوهش میتواند برای دانشجویان مختلف علوم سیاسی و روابط بین الملل مفید باشد Carl Schmitt's political matter emphasizes the distinction between friend and enemy and considers it a fundamental characteristic of human life. Schmitt's ruler also has absolute decision-making power in exceptional situations. This research, which is a theoretical foundation in terms of content, wants to answer the question that what is the relationship between Schmitt's political matter and the existing international order? The hypothesis of the research is that the international order, despite the apparent denial of Schmitt's political issue, benefits a lot and is affected by it. The researcher has carried out the current research by using the descriptive-analytical method and using library and documentary sources using the theoretical framework of radical democracy of Chantal Mouffe. The importance of the research is that, despite serious criticisms of each other, the left and right groups have paid special attention to Schmitt's works and intellectual elements regarding governance, especially global governance, which has a special effect on international relations.
