fa چشم انداز پویایی استراتژی‌های سیاست خارجی آمریکا در پرتو تولید نفت و گاز شیل The Dynamic Outlook of U.S. Foreign Policy Strategies in Light of Shale Oil and Gas Production تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research تامین امنیت انرژی یکی از اصلی‌ترین و مهم‌ترین چالش‌های قدرت‌های بزرگ است. به همین خاطر جهت‌گیری سیاست خارجی قدرت های بزرگ پیوسته در جهت تضمین دسترسی به انرژی، کاستن از هزینه‌ها، کوتاه کردن زمان انتقال انرژی بوده است. با توجه به کشف و بهره برداری از میدان‌های جدید انرژی همچون نفت شیل در آمریکا سوالی که مطرح می شود این است که استخراج منابع نفت و گاز شیل چه تأثیری بر راهبرد سیاست خارجی آمریکا گذاشته است؟ فرضیه پژوهش بیان می کند که با استخراج منابع انرژی شیل میزان وابستگی به واردات این منابع برای آمریکا کاهش یافته و سیاست خارجی آمریکا اهرم فشار قویتری نسبت به سایر کشورها بدست آورده است. برای آزمون فرضیه از روش توصیفی-تحلیلی و ارائه شواهد عینی و انطباق آن با نظریه استفاده شده است. همچنین داده های لازم به شیوه کتابخانهای از منابع الکترونیک و نوشتاری گردآوری شدهاند. یافته های پژوهش نشان می دهد استخراج نفت وگاز شیل چهار تاثیر بر راهبرد سیاست خارجی آمریکا گذاشته است: 1- به آمریکا کمک نموده تا در برابر نوسانات قیمت و یا کاهش عرضه انرژی به بازار قدرت مقاومت بیشتری پیدا نماید.2- به واشنگتن کمک کرده تا از وقوع این رویدادها برای ضربه زدن به اقتصاد رقبای خود همچون چین و اروپا استفاده نماید. 3- از میزان وابستگی آن به دولت های حاشیه خلیج فارس کاسته است. 4- اهرم تحریم را در سیاست خارجی آمریکا کارامدتر و در دسترس تر ساخته است.   Ensuring energy security is one of the main and most important challenges of great powers. For this reason, the direction of the foreign policy of the great powers has been to guarantee access to energy, reduce costs, and shorten the time of energy transfer. Considering the discovery and exploitation of new energy fields such as shale oil in the United States, the question that arises is what effect has the extraction of shale oil and gas resources had on the foreign policy strategy of the United States? The hypothesis of the research states that with the extraction of shale energy resources, the amount of dependence on the import of these resources for the United States has decreased and the foreign policy of the United States has gained a stronger pressure lever than other countries. To test the hypothesis, the descriptive-analytical method has been used. We also applied the case study with objective evidence and theories. Additionally, the necessary data collected in a library method from electronic and non-electronic sources.
