fa عربستان و تلاش برای کسب توانمندی هسته ای تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:"B Zar""></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span b="" style="font-family:" zar="">عربستان به عنوان بزرگترین تولید کننده نفت در خاورمیانه از جایگاه بالایی در مبادلات قدرت در سطح منطقه خاورمیانه برخوردار است. با این وجود این کشور به لحاظ امنیتی در مقابل تهدیدات داخلی و خارجی بسیار آسیب‌پذیر است. این آسیب‌پذیری امنیتی سبب گردی که عربستان برای تامین آن راهبرد اتحاد و ائتلاف به قدرت خارجی خصوصاً آمریکا را اتخاذ کند. این اتحاد علیرغم آن که چندین دهه قدمت دارد اما در سال‌های اخیر با چالش جدی مواجه شده است. از این رو عربستان در سال‌های اخیر تلاش نمود رویکرد مستقلانه‌ای در زمینه تامین امنیت خود اتخاذ کند. یکی از راهبردهای عربستان برای تامین امنیت خود تلاش برای کسب توانمندی هسته‌ای خصوصا دستیابی به چرخه کامل فناوری هسته‌ای است. از این رو این سوال مطرح می‌شود که چرا عربستان رویکرد امنیتی خود را تغییر داده و به سمت سیاست امنیتی مستقلانه خصوصاً از طریق دستیابی فناوری چرخه کامل هسته‌ای حرکت کرده است؟ </span></span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span b="" style="font-family:" zar="">این مقاله استدلال می‌کند تلاش عربستان برای کسب استقلال خصوصاً در حوزه امنیت داخلی و خارجی ناشی از ضعف‌های الگوی امنیتی گذشته خصوصاً بی‌اعتمادی به آمریکا به عنوان تامین‌کننده امنیت عربستان است. این مقاله نشان می‌دهد اتخاذ این رویکرد امنیتی از سوی عربستان دارای&nbsp; پیامدهای منطقه‌ای و بین‌المللی بسیار زیادی است و معمای امنیتی در سطح منطقه را تشدید خواهد کرد.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><span style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:"Angsana New",serif"></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><span lang="EN" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span angsana="" new="" style="font-family:">As the largest oil producer in the Middle East, Saudi Arabia enjoys a high position in power exchanges in the Middle East region.</span></span></span> <span lang="EN" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span angsana="" new="" style="font-family:">However, the country is very vulnerable to internal and external threats.</span></span></span> <span lang="EN" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span angsana="" new="" style="font-family:">This security vulnerability has led Saudi Arabia to adopt a strategy of alliance with foreign powers, especially the United States.</span></span></span> <span lang="EN" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span angsana="" new="" style="font-family:">Although the alliance is decades old, it has faced serious challenges in recent years.</span></span></span> <span lang="EN" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span angsana="" new="" style="font-family:">Saudi Arabia has therefore tried to take an independent approach to its security in recent years.</span></span></span> <span lang="EN" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span angsana="" new="" style="font-family:">One of Saudi Arabia&#39;s strategies to ensure its security is to acquire nuclear capability, especially to achieve the full cycle of nuclear technology.</span></span></span> <span lang="EN" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span angsana="" new="" style="font-family:">The question is, therefore, why Saudi Arabia has changed its security approach and moved towards an independent security policy, especially through the acquisition of full nuclear cycle technology?</span></span></span> <span lang="EN" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span angsana="" new="" style="font-family:">This article argues that Saudi Arabia&#39;s efforts to gain independence, especially in the field of internal and external security, are due to the weaknesses of the past security model, especially distrust of the United States as a provider of Saudi security.</span></span></span> <span lang="EN" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span angsana="" new="" style="font-family:">This article shows that Saudi Arabia&#39;s adoption of this security approach has enormous regional and international consequences and will exacerbate the security puzzle at the regional level.</span></span></span><span style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:"Angsana New",serif"></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp;
