The present study seeks to design and validate the optimal model of corona environmental crisis management on international security. To process the problem, a qualitative research strategy and content analysis have been used. Research data using semi-standard interviews with fifteen peace and security experts selected using theoretical sampling method; It was collected and analyzed using the content analysis method of the network type and a conceptual model of network measurement was constructed. The findings of the qualitative research showed that the optimal model for the future of security in the international system includes five comprehensive themes: 1- Paying attention to security threats caused by the epidemic crisis (Corona), 2- Paying attention to the third generation of human rights, 3- Changing the attitude from paying attention to military equipment to health and economic aspects, 4- The necessity of observing public rights in achieving international security, and 5- The necessity of environmental planning within the framework of national planning. In addition, in order to "validate" the themes and the constructed model, two methods of validity evaluation by communication method and audit method and in order to "validate" the two methods of reproducibility and transferability or generalizability have been used.
