The interest in discovering the amazing and mysterious equation of thirst development and the challenge of many social science trends is a study of the inequality of development and underdevelopment of countries. Looking at the history of the development of the world of technology history, the history of economics, especially the history of the past two hundred years, has been the cause of Iran's underdevelopment in the political economy. Why Britain was a source of growth and development of modern economics almost five years ago, and why other countries left behind and how modern economic growth expanded around the world, countries that coincided with Iran or after Iran over the last half century. They started (such as South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Turkey, China, Brazil, etc.), now they are far more appropriate than Iran in major development indicators, why parts of the world starting to experience economic development? Did it start in such places from the world? The main question of this study is why some countries, such as Iran, are under the ominous cycle of underdevelopment and are on the path of development, and while most countries are on the path of growth and development, so what are the factors of growth and development? The research hypothesis is that although the mystery of developing countries cannot be uniform, comparison and confrontation of theories for the mysterious interaction of non-economic institutional factors of geography, culture (religion) and institutions, quantity and quality of population and colonial history It has had a significant impact on the development or underdevelopment of countries, especially Iran.
